When you create a MaceyMay™ account, you qualify for the manufacturer’s warranty, which we will take care of for you! If anything goes wrong with your product, we’ll be on hand to help.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safe arrival of any return, please make sure you track its delivery and keep all tracking information should you need it at a later date! If your product is deemed faulty we will, of course, refund your postage costs.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items if you change your mind. If you find that your product is faulty, please contact us to let us know and we will do our best to help!

I’m afraid that we are unable to accept toys that have been opened / used. If a product is returned to us and is deemed to be in full working order, you are welcome to have this shipped back to you, however a fee will apply for this service.
